Products and Services

https://www.pvatepla-cgs.com/en/markets/overview/
The cultivation of monocrystalline crystals has since become indispensable in a whole range of applications. For the photovoltaic and semiconductor industry in particular as well as for the power electronics industry, the regular lattice structure of ultra-pure monocrystalline crystals ensures efficient production that is viable for future requirements. Documents on specific subject areas can be found in our Media Center. We offer you systems for:

Czochralski Process (Cz)
Float Zone (FZ)
Physical Vapor Transport (PVT)
Vertical Gradient Freeze (VGF)
CGS1218 (Czochralski Process-CZ)

The Czochralski crystal growing system CGS1218 is specially designed for the high demands of the semiconductor industry. It has a modular design and can be configured with either a cable or a crystal shaft. The unique shaft configuration enables highest precision and therefore absolute linearity and reproducibility of the pulling speed.

SiCma System (PVT)

The SiCma system was specially developed for the production of silicon carbide (SiC) crystals by means of physical vapor transport (PVT). In this process, the powdered starting material is heated and sublimated at high temperatures and finally deposited on a specially prepared substrate. This is done by inductive heating in the kilohertz range using an induction coil. The design of this coil is optimized for low energy consumption.
